(5)、采用机械压弯成型制作风管弯头的圆弧面，其内弧半径小于150mm时，轧压间距宜为20一35mm;内弧半径为150一300mm时，4L压间距宜在35~50mm之间，内弧半径大于300mm时，轧压间距宜在50一70mm之间。轧压深度不宜超过5mm。
(6)、距形弯管应采用内外同心弧型或内外同心折线型，曲率半径宜为一个平面边长;当采用其他形式的弯管(内外直角、内斜线外直角)，平面边长大于500mm时应设置弯复合风管导流片。导流片数量按平面边长6确定;当looomm>5>500mm时设1片，设置在距内边b/3处。当1500mm5>1000mm时设2片;当6大于1500mm时设3片，导流片设置的位置:第1片为B/2处，第2片为b/4处，第3片为b/8处。
