1、清除墙面表层灰尘、油污及脏物。检验墙面平整度和垂直度，2m靠尺检查，最大偏差不大于5mm，超差部分应剔凿或用修补砂浆修补平整；
2、将干拌保温板配套粘结砂浆按比例混合搅拌均匀，即为粘结材料。建议使用机械搅拌，人工拌合时要适当延长拌合时间，以保证拌合的均匀性。一次拌料量不宜过多，随搅随用，应在1h内用完；
3、将拌合好的胶粘材料按点粘法（或满粘法）要求涂抹在聚苯板上，然后将聚苯板直接贴在墙面上即可，粘结层厚度约2~3mm。点粘法用量约0.5~0.6kg/m2。聚苯板铺贴应平整；
4、经粘贴及抹压在外墙外侧面上的聚苯板或胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料表面应尽量平整，必要时可用粗砂纸适当打磨，自然养护12 h方可进行下道工序施工；
5、在聚苯板（或胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料）表面刮抹一层厚度为2~3mm的抹面胶浆，然后铺贴玻纤网格布（根据设计要求局部应有加强处理）。紧接着再在玻纤网格布表面抹压第二层抹面胶浆，将玻纤网格布覆盖即可，厚约l~2mm。抹面灰浆终凝前需压光。保护层总厚度约3~4mm，用料量约6kg/㎡；

6、避免强烈阳光直射3d，自然养护后即可在面层上进行表面装饰层施工，涂刷涂料或直接铺贴外墙瓷砖；
7、当空气温度或墙面温度低于5℃或高于30℃不应进行粘结及抹面装修层的施工。
